Łukasz Buczko – attorney and owner of a law firm
Graduated with honors from the lawyer’s apprenticeship at the Bar Association in Wroclaw. He has gained extensive experience in providing legal services to business entities and providing legal assistance to individuals.
He has successfully represented parties both before law enforcement agencies, tax inspection authorities, common courts and the Supreme Court.
He is listed in the Candidate Database maintained by the Ministry of the Treasury as a person eligible to be a member of the supervisory board of state-owned companies.
Attorney Łukasz Buczko is a graduate of the University of Wroclaw, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, majoring in Stationary Legal Studies.
He defended his master’s thesis entitled: “Merger of limited liability companies” with a very good result, written under the supervision of Professor Elvira Marszałkowska-Krześ, PhD.

Prior to starting his individual practice, attorney Łukasz Buczko worked for reputable law firms in Warsaw and Wroclaw.
He co-founded and actively participated in the development of Poland’s first law firm located in a shopping mall in Wroclaw.
As a specialist in copyright law in Wroclaw, he used his knowledge, among other things, in a dispute over the copyright to the design of one of the tallest buildings in Poland. He also won, changing the municipality’s previous attorney, a dispute over the copyright of a construction project.
Professionally, attorney Łukasz Buczko is interested in criminal law, civil law and intellectual property law. He is fluent in English.
