We successfully represented one of the communes of the province of Lower Silesia in a dispute regarding copyrights to the building design. We took over the dispute at the stage of lost case at the District Court in Wrocław. Our appeal was positively considered by the Court of Appeal in Wrocław, which annulled the negative judgment for the commune and remitted
the case. After setting aside the judgment, the District Court in Wrocław issued a judgment favorable to the commune, which was then upheld by the Court of Appeal in Wrocław after the opponent’s appeal. The commune was represented by Advocate Łukasz Buczko.
